Cloud Infrastructure Architect

• Designing enterprise scale, globally distributed, highly available solutions using our Compute, Container, Storage, Database and Network Services
• Work hands-on with new Azure Services, including AI/Machine Learning, Serverless/Lambda IoT and Security Services to build Products and Solutions with our Customers
• Structure and Guide our Customers through their Cloud-Journey
• Migrate Data Centers from on-premise into the Cloud
• Engage as part of our global Professional Services Community to learn and share your expertise

Required Skills

• The ability to setup a “landing zone” on Azure cloud that is configured to industry best practices.
• Ability to lead highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments
• Large scale migration experience Data Center to Data Center and/or Data Center to Cloud
• Perform architectural analysis, and designs enterprise-level systems.
• Designs, develops, and maintains systems, processes, procedures to deliver a high-quality cloud service design.
• Works with other members of a team and other departments to establish healthy communication and information flow.
• Delivers high-performing cloud solution architectures that can support development efforts.
• Prepares technical documents and other presentations for multiple solutions areas.
• Ensures best practices for configuration management
• Gathers customer specifications, analyzes them, and conducts the best product recommendations associated with the Azure platform.
• Communicates requirements of a system to the implementation and development teams.
• Monitors systems routinely to ensure that all business goals are met as per the user requirements.

Cloud Infra Lead Engineer

• Thinks big and takes on big challenges.
• You are a skilled Azure Cloud Infra Lead Engineer with Red hat Linux expertise and who can write Infra as a code in ARM template and Ansible and orchestrate it via Azure DevOps
• Development background in a linux (RHEL) environment and who has experience with commercial applications.
• Work very closely with the software engineering, product management, and operations teams to design and implement our next-generation high availability, scalable cloud architecture.
• Leverage cloud platform products and services to build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure components through IaaS/PaaS
• Understands application integration, event driven architecture and integrating multiple microservices.
• You work well in a dynamic team environment, working with the business, designers, architects, other developers, QA and DevOps engineers.
• Experienced with Cloud Architecture, preferably with Azure.
• Experienced integrating development environments using a CI/CD approach
• Excellent troubleshooting, follow-through and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and communication skills, both verbal and written

Primary skills

• Hands-on Redhat Linux specialization with Development background in linux (RHEL) environment and orchestrate it via Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as code (ARM Template, Ansible)
• Expertise in unix administration
• 3+ Linux Docker containers
• Red hat certifications (RHCE and EX407)
• 3+ developing Docker files for Oracle, Java and .Net Core applications
• 3+ deploying application to Azure
• 4+ Azure experience.

Secondary skills

• DevOps skills { CICD, AKS, Kubernetes}
• 3+ Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps and Github Actions
• 3+ experience with Helm and Kubernetes manifests, preferred Azure Kubernetes Services
• Certified Kubernetes Developer (CKD)
• Azure DevOps (AZ 400)
• 2+ Visual Studio, C#, .NET Core, Java, Kotlin Core
