JOB DESCRIPTION
About the project:
The main goal of the project is to popularize the purchase of holiday houses on the basis of joint ownership. This idea also allows people who desire to own a holiday home in popular regions of Europe (Southern Europe, mainly Spain/Mallorca and the Alps) to buy it for as low as 1/8 of the price (maximum own contribution may amount to 1/4 of the price).
Everything is supported by research from which it is known that the owners of such houses lose a lot on their exclusive ownership because the house is empty for most of the year. The app is going to provide future owners with the possibility of stress-free rest. So, on the one hand, you own a part of the property, and on the other hand, you don’t have to worry about it because the team is going to take care of the property and services such as repairs, cleaning, etc. A mobile app is to help in all of this, it is going to allow the owners to book stays (at 1/8 of the ownership it’s a few weeks a year) and manage the stay / the property.
The benefit of having shares in such a property is stress-free rest - you come, rest, use it, and leave without caring for the house when you are not there. It is also a good capital investment as real estate keeps gaining in value. When you rent a vacation home, you pay a lot more and finance someone else’s investment.
Within the app users are going to be able to:
- book a stay for up to two years in advance,
- report a defect to property supervisors,
- vote on changes to the property (i.e. “Do we need a new pool?”),
- communicate with the property supervisors via chat,
- get access to all the necessary instructions on how to use the house and all the electronic devices,
- manage your bookings,
- receive notifications about crucial things (voting, confirmation of cleaning or repair, free dates in the property, etc.),
- operate smart home devices (in the future),
- receive important documents about the property.
You will work with already made solutions and graphic design. The main tasks are to change/add elements in already made designs of a mobile app, web page, and advertising landing pages.
Skillset:
- Experience in working with Figma
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
- Communication skills
- English (at least B2)
- Polish (C1/native)
Nice to have:
- Adobe After Effects (basics), Adobe Premiere (basics), Rotato
- Adobe XD
