We are calling for a talented Inbound Sales Manager who will take our customer service to the next level in 2021 and support us in closing the deals with warm B2B leads.
You will be working as an Inbound Sales Manager. Your role will be to support us in closing new deals for the company and to manage our sales pipeline. You will be working on the frontline of our established sales process and collaborate with the internal teams.
The process will look as follows:
1. Gathering all the relevant information from the warm leads generated by our Marketing Team
qualifying inbound and outbound leads and managing a sales pipeline;
managing sales processes from the first contact to closing the deal;
listening to the clients and addressing their pains with brilliant solutions;
cooperating with internal teams to deliver maximum lead satisfaction scores;
negotiating contracts and terms of services,
working on optimizing our processes, making them smoother, more predictable, and scalable.

prior successes (not necessarily in sales),
Excellent knowledge of English - at least C1+ level,
Excellent knowledge of Polish - at least C1 level
Prior experience in a similar position (preferably B2B),
Experience in leading and closing deals (on the independent position),
General knowledge of technology.
Knowledge of other languages,
Being trained in technics of negotiations and persuasion,
In-depth understanding of the software industry,
Ability to generate new business from within your network.
salary: 6000 - 12000 PLN (B2B net)
