Mediatask came to us with their existing system. They had been using the app for the previous four years, but it reached its growth potential. Our primary challenge was making Mediatask a scalable company again. We had to make a decision about continuing or not with the existing solution.
We decided to completely rewrite the system - the old app was slow, buggy and not maintained. Our first milestone was to develop a clone of an existing app (using Ruby on Rails), including all data transforming and migration. We accomplished it successfully in less than two months. It opened a whole ocean of possibilities for process automation and cost reduction.
